Terms and Conditions — SoltPK Official Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SoltPK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and SoltPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the SoltPK platform — whether for sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, crash games, fishing games or any other service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use the SoltPK platform. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. SoltPK recommends checking this page periodically, as updates are made without individual notification.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a SoltPK account, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SoltPK strictly does not permit access to minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a SoltPK employee in a role that provides access to operational systems.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from SoltPK or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion or disciplinary order.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on SoltPK. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, contact details or payment method used — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details. SoltPK will never ask for this information via unsolicited contact — do not share login credentials with anyone.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SoltPK login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@soltpk.biz immediately. SoltPK recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in account settings.

3.3 Verification

SoltPK reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period may be restricted. Withdrawals above certain thresholds require completed verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

SoltPK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SoltPK does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts
• SoltPK may impose temporary deposit limits as part of responsible gaming controls
• Deposits made by credit card may be subject to additional verification

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 300
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise authorised
• Withdrawal requests submitted during normal hours are typically processed within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash
• IBFT transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank
• SoltPK reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

SoltPK complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Any account showing patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring or other financial irregularities will be suspended pending investigation. Depositing funds solely to withdraw them without meaningful platform activity constitutes suspicious activity under SoltPK's policies.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on SoltPK are governed by the platform's betting rules, which are available in the Help section and supplement these Terms. The following general rules apply across all betting markets on SoltPK:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

SoltPK reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets are accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed in your account. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical issues are treated as void and any stake is returned.

5.2 Pricing Errors

If a bet is placed at a price that was incorrectly published due to a technical error, SoltPK reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies even where the bet has been partially settled. SoltPK will notify affected accounts promptly.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting is subject to brief delays from the actual match state due to data feed latency. SoltPK cannot guarantee that live odds reflect the precise match situation at the exact moment of bet placement. Players accepting in-play odds acknowledge this inherent data lag.

5.4 Match Abandonment

• If a match is abandoned without a result, all match winner bets are voided and stakes are returned
• Where a DLS result is applied in cricket, that result stands for match winner markets
• Player performance markets (top batsman, most wickets) are voided if the relevant innings is not completed
• PSL matches that cannot be replayed and are awarded by the governing body are settled in accordance with the official result

5.5 Maximum Winnings

SoltPK applies maximum single-bet winnings of Rs 5,000,000 per account per day across all markets combined. Higher limits may be negotiated for VIP Diamond tier accounts by contacting the VIP team directly.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

SoltPK offers a range of bonuses including a welcome deposit match, weekly cricket reload bonuses, cashback and VIP rewards. All promotions on SoltPK are subject to these general bonus terms plus the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New SoltPK accounts are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically on the first deposit of Rs 500 or more. The bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days. Failure to complete wagering within this period results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance only — deposited funds are unaffected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements state how many times a bonus must be turned over in real bets before it converts to withdrawable cash. A 10x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in total bets must be placed. The following contribution rates apply on SoltPK:

• Sports bets (all markets): 100%
• Live casino games: 100%
• Crash games: 100%
• Fishing games: 100%

6.3 Bonus Abuse

SoltPK monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-margin arbitrage betting, hedging using multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of reload bonuses beyond their intended use. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from future offers.

7. Live Casino and Games

SoltPK's live casino section includes Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Roulette and Blackjack provided by licensed third-party game studios. Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman) and fishing games are similarly provided by certified game providers. The following conditions apply to all casino and game activity on SoltPK:

• Games are governed by random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer activity certified by the relevant game provider
• SoltPK is not responsible for technical failures originating from third-party game providers, though SoltPK will investigate and escalate on your behalf
• Disconnections during a live game round do not void placed bets — bets are settled based on the game outcome irrespective of your connection status
• Casino bonuses and sports bonuses are credited and tracked separately
• Some game types may be restricted or have reduced wagering contribution when active bonus funds are in play

8. Responsible Gaming

SoltPK is committed to providing a safe, fair and enjoyable environment. The platform recognises that for a small number of users, betting can become problematic. The following tools are available to all SoltPK account holders and can be activated at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit maximums. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Once reached, the account is automatically restricted until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined session duration to prompt awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month exclusion from all SoltPK services. During exclusion, login is disabled, marketing is suppressed and any ongoing bonuses are cancelled. Balances are returned.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up alerts showing session duration and net activity at intervals of your choosing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SoltPK and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or access the platform
• Sharing account credentials with other users or allowing third parties to access your account
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches or bonus mechanisms in bad faith
• Match fixing, insider information exploitation or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the SoltPK platform as a conduit for illicit funds
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or commercially exploit any part of the SoltPK platform

10. Account Suspension and Closure

SoltPK may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached
• The account holder does not meet eligibility criteria
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has occurred
• A self-exclusion request has been received
• Identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable time

Where an account is closed for a reason other than breach of Terms (such as a player-initiated closure), any real-money balance is returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 5 working days. Bonus balances are not returned. Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, SoltPK reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

11. Privacy and Data

SoltPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points:

• Data is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform
• SoltPK does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Your payment method details are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to SoltPK staff
• You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements
• SoltPK may contact you by email or SMS with important account notifications — you can manage marketing preferences in account settings

12. Limitation of Liability

SoltPK provides its platform on an "as is" basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted service, the accuracy of odds or the outcome of any bet.

SoltPK's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to SoltPK in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim. SoltPK is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures outside SoltPK's direct control, including internet service disruptions, mobile network outages or third-party game provider errors
• Consequential, indirect or punitive losses of any kind
• Decisions made by third-party governing bodies that affect the settlement of bets (such as DLS adjustments, forfeitures or penalty points)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

SoltPK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date published on this page. Where a change materially affects the rights of existing account holders, SoltPK will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change via the registered email address or platform notification. Continued use of SoltPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent change was made. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date — your real-money balance will be returned in full.
