SoltPK uses betting history, deposit frequency, session duration and loss patterns to identify accounts that may be showing early signs of problem gambling. This is a protective measure — not a surveillance one. Where concerning patterns are detected, SoltPK may prompt you to review your responsible gaming settings. Right to Portability
Receive a machine-readable export of the personal data you have provided to SoltPK, suitable for transfer to another service if you wish.
Right to Object

10. Children's Privacy
SoltPK is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. The platform does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If SoltPK discovers that an account has been registered by a minor, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be returned to the original payment method and any associated data will be deleted in line with applicable policy.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has registered on SoltPK should contact support@soltpk.biz immediately. SoltPK will investigate and close any underage account promptly without requiring legal proceedings.
